A ‘Snappy Christmas’ with Tees Valley Music Service

Middlesbrough Sports Village
It’s that time of year again where we are full of jingle and bell! The children in Year 3 and 4 classes will be attending this year’s Snappy Christmas Sing with TVMS on Monday 9th December. Children will leave school at 09:00 to go and practise singing Christmas carols with a host of other school. The children will be singing with a live band! After their rehearsal in the morning, the children will then perform for parents; we have been in previous years and it is fantastic!
Your child will need to bring a packed lunch on this day. If your child is in receipt of free school meals, a packed lunch will be provided for them. Children need to wear their school uniform. If they wish, they can wear a Christmas jumper/festive head gear to add to the spirit of the event! I will have plenty of Santa hats to hand out too.
Please submit below to give consent for your child to attend the event. Children will return to school for the end of the school day.
Parents and families are invited to the concert in the afternoon. Please see information below from TVMS of how to get tickets for the event.
IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE CONCERT, YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR CHILD FROM THE EVENT. PLEASE GIVE CONSENT FOR THIS TO HAPPEN AND YOU MUST SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF HEMLINGTON HALL STAFF AT TH END OF THE DAY TO SAY THAT YOU ARE TAKING THEM.

“Snappy Christmas” singing performance at Middlesbrough Sports Village,
Alan Peacock Way, TS4 3AE Middlesbrough 1pm – 2pm organised by Tees Valley Music Service.
Your child will be performing with their choir/class,
together with other schools from the Middlesbrough &
Redcar Cleveland areas.

Tickets will be £4.00 for Adults +34p booking fee, for all children under 5 entry is free.
Please show your ticket on the door for access via your phone or printed out.
Due to restrictions in place, tickets are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Seating is also limited and some standing may be required.
Car Parking: The event will be extremely busy and the car park may get full. AFTER THE EVENT, PLEASE ENSURE SCHOOL BUSES LEAVING ARE GIVEN PRIORITY as children on coaches need to return to school promptly for home time.
